There is no need to be nervous for your first class, nb Chattanooga is geared for all – it doesn’t matter your fitness level or if it’s been a while since you’ve felt like you’re living your best life! We welcome everyone with a desire to try barre, start to go deeper in your exercise journey, or even if you’re just looking for a reason to smile and find joy in your day! Our instructors will help tailor the class to your capabilities… you don’t need a dance background, our classes are geared towards all fitness levels!
Whether you’re curious about barre, a fitness fanatic, new to working out in a boutique studio, or anything in between, nb Chattanooga has classes just for you! We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are not required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.

Hey y’all! My name is Lynn and I’m an Enneagram 1, podcast nerd, former Disney dancer, and chips and salsa connoisseur. I’ve been a barre instructor for 6 years and became the owner of Neighborhood Barre Chattanooga in August 2018. My mission is to encourage women at EVERY fitness level to fall in love with themselves and their bodies. Barre has done that for me and I can’t believe I get to do that every single day!
