NEIGHBORHOOD barre® is a unique workout that combines the elements of dance conditioning, pilates, and resistance training to sculpt and tone the entire body. Our Method primarily uses small isometric movements with optional full-body elements to increase mobility and core strength. All of our class formats offer modifications and advancements to tailor the experience to the individual's fitness level.

Suitable for everyone

The NEIGHBORHOOD barre® workout is suitable for both male and female patrons and can be performed by a wide range of ages. It can be used as either a primary fitness program or as a complement to an existing program. Though our classes for formulaic for consistencey, with a wide variety of exercises, no two classes are ever the same. We can't wait for you to come experience the NEIGHBORHOOD barre® difference.

Variety in every class

our classes deliver a true all-levels experience by seamlessly integrating optional full-body and full-range sequences. Craving the isometric shake of classic barre? Stay in your base position. Looking to build heat and torch calories? Grab a set of ankle weights and follow the optional dynamic movements. Our classes truly offer something for everyone and with modifications and advancements offered in all formats, you can tailor your experience to meet your needs!

Maximum results

Alignment and muscle activation is taught in every class in order to maximize the benefit of the exercises, as well as to ensure safety. All movements are low impact, easy on the joints, and help to improve posture and balance. When done consistently, muscles will become toned and lifted, and overall energy and metabolic levels will improve.
