Hey there, I am Abby! I am so excited that you are interested in Neighborhood Barre Fort Worth. I started going to nb in Concord, NC after a serious injury that left me physically and emotionally drained. From my very first class I could feel my spirits lifting through the exercises, the music, and most of all the community! When my husband and I moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2022 I quickly realized I missed my girls from nb Concord, so I decided to bring that supportive community to Cowtown. I am married to Austin and we have a 6 month old baby boy, Brooks. My background is in accounting and I have been a flight attendant for American Airlines for five years. My motto in life is “exercise is a privilege, not a chore” (thanks Carrie Underwood!!) and so I love to make exercising fun. I look forward to sharing this great workout and uplifting community with you!
