We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are not required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.

Hi friend, I’m Ainsley! I’m so glad you came looking for us at Neighborhood Barre Memphis. Since I began barre classes 10 years ago, it has not only reshaped my body, but reshaped my attitude towards fitness and my own body image. Now, I not only workout to stay in shape, but I workout for the energy to chase my three wild little boys, and to spend a fun hour working on myself with friends. This studio is a unique community of strong women that care for one another and ourselves.
