At Neighborhood Barre, we create a fun community space where you can get a low-impact, high-results barre workout in a supportive environment. We offer multiple barre class formats to help build strength and improve cardio. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience needed!
First class is just $10 (Click Here), and our barre instructors provide clear guidance and modifications so you can get an effective workout at your own pace!
Our method is strong on its own and also works well alongside other training. We are located inside The Block Fit (Click Here), as Baton Rouge’s best barre studio offering classes that reange from strength, HIIT, mat pilates, yoga, recovery modalities and more. We encourage everyone to try all classes and see what you love!

We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have bottles if you forget) and changing area. Socks are required and available for sale at the studio.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.
