There is no need to be nervous for your first class. We provide a true all-level fitness experience by seamlessly integrating a low-impact, yet highly effective workout full of support and encouragement. Our instructors will even help tailor the class to your capabilities… you don’t need a dance background, really! We pride ourselves on having the most efficient, enjoyable workout, offering multiple class formats to meet your cardio and strength needs- along with a locally focused community of women who proudly call Nb Troy their happy place 💜
Whether you’re new to barre, looking for something to keep you motivated, new to working out in a boutique studio, or anything in between, Nb Troy has classes specifically geared for you! Try your first week (it’s only $11!) and enjoy everything we have to offer (it’s the best way to really see if we’re a fit)… you may find the best workout of your life!

We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are not required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.

Parking is available in spaces in front of studio and in the parking lot across the road.
Casey is passionate about the revitalization of downtown Troy, and when her space on Court Square became available, she knew there was no where else she would want to open her studio! Nb Troy also carries a wide variety of retail, so come downtown and shop with us anytime!
