Our incorporation of both full-range and isometric exercises creates results that are hard to find in a traditional barre studio. We will truly push you to your limits, or encourage you to take it at your own pace, in a calm and inviting environment that is free of judgement and comparison.

We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are not required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.
Nb Orlando is owned and operated by Elizabeth Diaz.
