Located in the Turkey Creek shopping center right next to Clean Juice and Orange Theory Fitness. We have classes 7 days a week and offer FREE childcare for members during select class times. Our Childcare area is one of a kind because all designs, play materials, and more have all been hand selected from our owner whose degree is in Child and Family Studies. When you walk into our large open studio you’ll notice that we provide all of the equipment needed in class so all you have to do is show up! Our boutique is stocked with high end fitness apparel from Beyond Yoga, Free People Movement, and Alo, just to name a few!

We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are not required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.
