There is no need to be nervous for your first class, Nb Fuquay Varina is geared for all fitness levels. If cross-training is your goal, one option is to try to mix classes- alternating or even doubling up if needed. Our classes are mind and body focused, offering you a comprehensive fitness regimen that will never let you get bored.
We welcome everyone and our instructors will help tailor the class to your capabilities… you don’t need a dance background by any means! We want everyone to get the most efficient, enjoyable workout possible. Come for the workout and stay for the community. We can’t wait to meet you!

We provide all of your equipment! Feel free to bring water (we have refilling stations) and a small towel if you prefer. Socks are required.
If you are not able to make class, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to your class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.

Hi, my name is Krissy! I am the very proud owner of NEIGHBORHOOD barre Fuquay Varina. I took my first barre class 8 years ago and never looked back! Owning a barre studio was a long time dream that I am so excited to make a reality and share with YOU! I couldn’t do this alone- it’s truly a family affair, so don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by one of my kids or see my husband dropping off supplies. My goal is to create a welcoming, motivating, and encouraging community where you can become your strongest, most empowered self! I can’t wait to see you at the barre!
