Hi! I’m the owner of Neighborhood Barre Apex, and I’m so excited to bring this incredible workout and community to Apex.
I grew up dancing and cheerleading and I’ve always had a passion for movement and fitness. From strength training to group workouts (and even meeting my husband at the gym!), staying active has always been a big part of my life.
I discovered barre during COVID and immediately fell in love. Once in-person classes returned, I found Neighborhood Barre Durham—and after my very first class, I knew this was something special. The combination of effective workouts, uplifting energy, and strong sense of community completely drew me in.
That experience inspired me to make a big leap: I left my corporate career to pursue my passion for fitness and bring Neighborhood Barre to Apex. I’m proud to be opening the first barre studio in Apex, NC in late spring/early summer 2026.
I live in Apex with my husband, our two kids, and our dog, and I can’t wait to welcome you into our studio and community.
